Capitol View Apartments

WIELAND helped improve the Greater Lansing community with the renovation of Oliver Towers into the Capitol View Apartments. The eight-floor building was abandoned for over 20 years after a fire left the apartment complex uninhabitable. WIELAND transformed the 54,000 SF building into a 96-unit multifamily facility. Progressive AE Architecture designed the renovated apartments, and WIELAND completed construction in December 2019.
