Parkway Plaza

This month WIELAND began tenant improvements on retail stores at Parkway Plaza in Norman, OK. Working for Texas-based Woodmont Company, the project will consist of a Party City, Bed Bath and Beyond, and World Market. The project is a 57,000 SF existing shell, and construction is expected to be completed in late 2019.
