WIELAND is currently constructing The Springs at Posner Park, a multi-family project in Davenport, FL for Wisconsin-based Continental Properties. The development is a total of 288 units in 11 separate two-story apartment buildings. The project began in September 2019 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.
