The Haven at Davenport project in Davenport, FL, continues to make great progress! Construction on the garden-style apartment complex began in September 2023 and is advancing quickly toward completion. The development will feature six buildings with a total of 367 units, including a building with an integrated clubhouse offering amenities and activities.
