WIELAND has been able to expand its work outside of Michigan, but is still constructing many projects in the Lansing, MI area. One of these projects is the Volaris multi-family project. The new build includes four separate 4-story buildings with 289 units total. The development began in April 2019 and is expected to be completed at the end of Winter 2020.
