Magna Electric Vehicle Structures (M.E.V.S)

WIELAND is proud to share its ongoing progress on the Magna Electric Vehicle Structures (M.E.V.S) Phase II plant in St. Clair, MI. WIELAND completed the 370,000 SF Phase I plant in January 2022, and soon after, broke ground on the 744,000 SF Phase II addition. The original plant houses Magna’s battery enclosure line while Phase II provides greater e-coating and production capabilities, along with extra warehouse storage. WIELAND commenced construction in July 2022, and projects to finish the project in late spring 2024.
