WIC Spotlight – Olivia Brault

“It’s about making a conscious effort to make space for women at the table.”

For Project Manager Olivia Brault, Women in Construction Week is about changing a narrative. What was once considered a “man’s industry” is evolving into a space that is inclusive, supportive, and welcoming to more women exploring careers in construction.

Olivia has been with WIELAND since 2022, leading project teams from groundbreaking through completion and punch lists. She was drawn to construction by its unpredictability. “Construction is fluid and often unpredictable, but that’s the fun part.” What started as an appreciation for the fast pace quickly turned into a passion for the challenge.

Her favorite part? Watching a project move from concept to completion. Each phase brings wins and obstacles, but seeing the final product makes it all worth it.

This week, WIELAND is proud to celebrate Women in Construction like Olivia, leaders who are helping reshape the industry and open doors for the next generation. Thank you to Olivia and all the women in operations and our jobsites who make an impact every day.
