Eaton Community Bank was founded in 1937 by two local businessmen in Charlotte, MI. The mission of the bank was to provide local families with a safe place to invest their money and to finance the construction or purchase of housing. The Community Bank headquarters are located in Charlotte with six additional branch locations around Eaton County.
WIELAND worked with Grand Rapids-based Integrated Architecture to renovate the bank’s headquarters. The project spanned 16,750 SF and added new conference and training rooms, employee offices, and a central work café. WIELAND began work in July 2021 and completed construction in April 2022.
