Cypress Grand was designed by The Preston Partnership and includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each unit is customized with private entrances, gourmet kitchens, French doors, and vaulted ceilings. The complex offers many amenities including a 24-hour fitness studio, lush landscaping, clean walking paths, a trellised sundeck, and screened picnic lanais.
WIELAND began construction on the 18-acre site in August 2020. In total, the complex includes nine apartment buildings, spanning 358,000 SF and contains 324 units. Construction on the project took a little over two years, beginning in August 2020 and was completed in August 2022.
