To be more effective and better serve its members, the Association made the decision to relocate its headquarters. Through a competitive bid process, WIELAND was selected to perform the construction services for this project.

“In my experience, the general contractor usually builds a building based upon specifications and doesn’t necessarily look out for the best interests of the owner. They do what they are requested and no more. However, I felt comfortable with WIELAND from the beginning and quickly learned that they not only took pride in the work of their firm, but they also wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied,” said Elaine West, (retired) CEO. “I realized that they were acting more like partners than contractors.”
