Remington Park Casino

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Remington Park, built by Edward J. DeBartolo Sr., officially opened in 1988 as Oklahoma’s premier horse racing venue. The passing of State Question 712 in 2004 allowed Remington Park to expand into casino operations, securing its future. That same year, Magna Entertainment commissioned WIELAND to construct a 40,000 SF casino on-site. Completed in 2005 and opened to the public in November, the facility featured dining areas, an elevated stage, more than 650 gaming machines, and a variety of entertainment amenities.

Ultimately, Global Gaming RP LLC, acquired the gaming division and Remington Park regained national recognition, highlighted by the establishment of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Hall of Fame in 2010. Today, the venue thrives, drawing thousands of guests each year to experience its first-class racing, gaming, and entertainment offerings.
