The Cardinal is a prominent multifamily residential community in the vibrant Forest Acres district of Columbia, SC. JDavis Architects designed The Cardinal and WIELAND commenced construction of the 256-unit complex in 2019. In addition to The Cardinal, WIELAND constructed Cardinal Crossing, a 43,000 SF retail space, home to major retail chains such as Lowes Foods, Bad Dadd’s Burger Bar, and Crumbl Cookies, among others. WIELAND completed the multi-family project in January 2020.
