WIELAND partnered with The Beach Company, a real estate development firm based in South Carolina, to construct The Foundry, and apartment complex in Huntsville, AL. The complex includes four apartment buildings with a total of 342 units, three townhome buildings, and a 10,000 SF retail and restaurant space.
The Foundry was designed by Smith Gee, an architecture firm based in Tennessee, and WIELAND began construction in March 2021. This project marks WIELAND’s second collaboration with The Beach Company, following the successful completion of The Cardinal in South Carolina in 2020
