Damian began his journey with WIELAND as an intern in 2005 and has continued to grow with the company ever since. Today, he serves as Regional Director in the Lansing office, where he oversees day-to-day operations and job site coordination across Michigan. Damian works closely with teams to ensure every project meets WIELAND’s standards and delivers on the client’s goals.
