Ed was named Chief Executive Officer in 2023, marking an exciting new chapter in WIELAND’s continued growth. In this role, he oversees the company’s overall strategy and operations, reporting to the board and leading with a clear long-term vision.
Before becoming CEO, Ed began his WIELAND career in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager, leading some of the company’s most complex and high-profile projects. He was named a partner and Regional Director in 2018, then promoted to Managing Director in 2020. Ed’s hands-on experience and steady leadership bring a results-driven perspective to the executive team.
