Since 2015, Norman has worked to transform WIELAND’s Preconstruction Department from a three-person operation into a dynamic team managing the holistic preconstruction process for multiple projects each week. With a background in structural engineering, he uses his expertise in materials and construction methods to deliver competitive pricing, accurate logistics planning, constructability reviews, and a strong focus on safety – ensuring smarter, more efficient projects.
