Camp Minden

#TBT to 2011 when WIELAND worked with the State of Louisiana-Military Department and Slack Alost Architecture to create Camp Minden in Minden, LA. In 2005, the entire area that formally belonged to the U.S. Government was deeded over to the State of Louisiana under the control of the Louisiana Military Department. Camp Minden, approximately 16,000 SF, prepares members in leadership training, skill qualification, and military occupational courses. There is also more than 100 miles of convoy training routes and 11,000 acres of training areas for maneuvers. WIELAND was proud to be a part of this project.
