City View Apartments

Major progress is underway at the City View Apartment project in downtown Lansing, MI, for WIELAND’s customer, WestPac Communities. The new construction (Block 503; pictured) will be an 89,430 SF, 5-story, 117-unit apartment complex with amazing views of the city of Lansing. Block 501 (an existing building, not pictured) is being renovated to have 55 units on floors 2-6. Working with Phillips Architecture on the new construction, all of City View apartments will be a great place to live. The new construction is scheduled to be completed in Q1, 2023.
