How do you renovate your workplace without shutting it down? WIELAND knows! WIELAND is now substantially complete on the Eaton Community Bank (ECB) branch office in Charlotte, MI. Starting in May of 2021, WIELAND collaborated with Sommer Building Company and Integrated Architecture (Grand Rapids) to provide a complete interior demolition and rebuild, along with an exterior facelift of this 16,750 SF building. WIELAND completed HVAC upgrades, façade improvements and phased renovations of every work area, all while safely working around the great staff at ECB.
