Start-up at Sofidel

The WIELAND team marked a major milestone with the start-up of Valmet’s Advantage DCT 200 tissue production line at Sofidel’s Circleville, OH, plant. Over 20 months, WIELAND delivered a significant expansion to the original 2018 facility, creating space for a third paper machine and dramatically enhancing production capabilities. The project included construction of a new building to house the machine, increasing Sofidel’s annual output by 70,000 tons and bringing the facility’s total capacity to more than 200,000 tons per year.
