The Haven

WIELAND broke ground this past fall on a new multi-family apartment development, The Haven in Davenport, FL. The Haven includes 367 units in six garden-style apartment buildings. Additionally, one of the buildings will feature an integrated clubhouse and amenity center for the future residents. WIELAND is working for the South Carolina-based Johnson Development Association and plans to complete the project by 2025.
