Why WIELAND? Tyler Buxton has been a Project Superintendent at WIELAND since 2012. When asked what he likes about his job, Tyler shared this: “I enjoy doing superintendent work because I like being able to take someone’s idea from the drawing board and build it and coordinate the work to watch it become a reality. It’s amazing what you can create by starting with an idea from a drawing and combining your minds and skills to make it a reality. I also like doing this job because of the need to solve problems.
