Why WIELAND? Juanita Pierce has been WIELAND’s Project Accountant since 2012, and just recently, in 2020, she also became an Assistant Project Manager. When asked, “What do you do?” and “Why do you do it?” Juanita shared this: “Accounting comes easy for me. I have always loved numbers, reconciliation, and the idea of solving financial puzzles. I had the desire to move to the operations side to see a different view of the company. I want to close the gap between the office and the field, while learning the ins and outs of how buildings are constructed.
