From vacant storefront to vibrant campus – Hart is building something new! More than a campus, the 24,000 SF West Shore Community College satellite will serve as a true community center, combining education with meeting rooms, tenant space, a food club, and a drive-thru café.
WIELAND began construction in early January, transforming the former Gales grocery store into a modern campus. With abatement and asbestos remediation underway, WIELAND and design partner Abonmarche are proud to deliver a space that strengthens the college and the Oceana County community for the Fall 2026 semester.
