WIELAND Graduates

At WIELAND, one of the best parts of our internship program is seeing interns graduate and officially join the team full-time. This year, we’re excited to celebrate five outstanding graduates as they begin the next chapter of their careers with WIELAND.

Cole Keifer graduated from Michigan State with a degree in Construction Management and will support the Brick Row project in downtown Lansing as an Assistant Project Manager.

Jackson McKinney earned his degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University, where he served as the 2025-2026 AGC x NASTT President. Jackson has accepted a position in WIELAND’s Shreveport Office.

Mitchell Mills, a recent graduate of Michigan State’s Construction Management program, has been in WIELAND’s internship program for the past two summers and will join the Lansing office full-time in July.

Tyson Kizzia recently graduated from Louisiana State University and will be joining WIELAND full-time after several years as an intern. Tyson has played an important role across multiple projects, and we’re excited to officially welcome him to the team.

Westin Allen will join the Shreveport office after graduating from the University of Texas at Tyler. During his time in school, Westin served as President of the CMSA Timber-Strong team, showcasing strong leadership both in and out of the classroom.

Congratulations to each of you on your achievements and graduations. We’re proud to have you on the team and excited for what’s ahead.
