Wilson Talent Center – Mock Job Fair

At WIELAND, we focus on building projects that strengthen communities – but that mission also extends to developing the future workforce. Last week, WIELAND’s Regional Director Damian Starr supported that effort by participating in the Mock Job Fair at the Wilson Talent Center.

The Wilson Talent Center is Ingham County’s career and technical education hub, serving 11th and 12th-grade students across 23 programs, including programming, cybersecurity, and engineering. During the event, volunteers helped students refine résumés and cover letters while conducting mock interviews to build confidence and real-world skills.

Held on February 4, the fair provided students with practical tools and insights to better prepare for life after graduation!
