Breathing new life into Lansing’s historic heart, WIELAND is delivering a new mixed-use space with the owners, the Gillespie Group. This adaptive reuse is in the century-old former home of the Lansing City Rescue Mission. The transformative project creates 15 residential units and 6,900 SF of commercial space.

Located in the heart of the city, “Brick Row” is part of a six-building complex along Michigan Ave. The wall-break ceremony was in December, and demolition began late last week. In about one year, we will welcome a revitalized mixed-use space in our community!
